Whether it is CRM, ERP or any other project for that matter, the one thing that is important is that the whole project is handled not just from a technology stand point but more importantly from the change that the project will bring about.

It is vitally important that the project manager and the sponsor spend time to ensure that they have fully planned the job out and that the people change is factored in.
